David Jouett is a Full-Time NAR REALTOR® and Proud Military Veteran whose real estate practice is rooted in attentive client listening, strong contract negotiation, clear communication, and unwavering integrity. He provides expert guidance across all facets of real estate—including residential listings and purchases, ranch and land acquisitions, investment portfolio development, and commercial opportunities.

As Founder and Lead of Black Felt Groups, David has grown the brand into one of Oklahoma’s most respected real estate teams. Black Felt Groups has been recognized in a national real estate publication as a Rising Top Producer, ranked in the Top 1% of Realtors in Oklahoma, and named among the Top 5% of Real Estate Professionals in Tulsa for 2023, 2024, and 2025. David works in partnership with his wife, Sabra, a highly accomplished Loan Officer with 27 years of top-level lending experience and industry honors.
